Workplace Area Noise Monitoring performed by competent person (MOM approved Noise Monitoring Officer) with calibrated equipment. The noise mapping will be used to identify the potential machine/process/equipment that may generate excessive noise level (areas where persons employed likely to be exposed noise level above 85dBA). Based on the workplace floor layout given, noise level LEQ (5mins) will be measured at various locations measurement points.
Noise monitoring (Noise Mapping) and testing meet compliance of Workplace Safety and Health (Noise) Regulations, 2011 and Workplace Safety & Health Guidelines (Hearing Conservation) Programme Rev 2014.
Boundary noise Monitoring will be conducted to meet requirement of Environmental Protection and Management Act
